"This company was contracted by my grandmother. When they came to give her a quote they seemed friendly and professional and a contract was made up to re-plaster the pool and re-do the tile and fix the pool light. As you can see in the photos below the original pool tile and plaster was from the 70’s and needed a face lift. In the second photo you can see finished. At first glance it seems well done and such an improvement however, I noticed something was off and wondered why there was a full box of tile left in the yard. While a grilling for before photos to make a before and after collage I noticed the steps did not have tile like the original design did . When my grandmother was given the quote and signed the contract it clearly states replacement of tile. He did not specify that the tile on the stairs is considered”trim” and would cost an additional amount. Today my grandmother contacted Dave young and he argued with her and asked her if she wanted to pay another 1,000 for the “tile trim” on the stairs. I believe the tile was measured out to include the tile trim but Mr Young did not want to admit that his crew made a mistake and forgot to do the trim. Instead made my grandmother so upset and hung up on her. I will never recommend this company to anyone. BAD Business . I will be reporting him to the BBB"

"This was my second thermal pool from EZ Pool and it was a custom 10' X 10'. Simon LeCree and Hank Jr. where great to work with on ordering it, etc! I had some minor problems with the delivery and set up but they were easy to work with and very helpful. I love my thermal pool and when I am in Florida I use it nearly every evening outside on the water!!! I highly recommend the EZ Pool Company!"

"We bought an EZ pool in 2005 and have enjoyed it for 14 years. We lost all the communication with the company and went to the internet.
