"I got my screen protector here they were so quick and as complementary they clean my charging pod I definitely recommend this place"
"Do not go here. The man was very nice before he repaired my phone. But then when I had a problem he was very rude, denied any responsibility and refused to make it right. They charged me $350 for a new screen. He said he was going to charge me $20 to fix the problem that he left me with, but then when it was clear that it was his mistake, he decided to waive the fee. He tried to blame me for the problem before he even looked in my phone. He told me that other customers try to blame him for problems that they have caused. But he could not explain how I could have possibly caused dirt to be on the back of the screen where the camera shows through. I work in a retail store and the phone has been in the case that he sold me since he did the repair. It was obviously caused by him during the repair. When I tried to calmly explain to him that what he was saying did not make sense, he accused me of being rude to him and would not answer my question about what else could have caused the issue. Don't go to this place unless you want disappointment and wasted money. UPDATE: I went to another repair place in the mall, the one straight in from the door by Red Robin. It turns out that what appeared to be dirt under the screen was actually a damaged camera. When the other repair place opened the phone in front of me, they showed me the camera was damaged and was not sitting correctly and that's why it looked like dirt under the glass. The only possibility is the man at The Fix bent it during the screen replacement, so now I have to buy a new front camera. The thing is, the man at the fix had just opened my phone and pretended to clean the glass but said it was impossible to get all the dirt off. He didn't tell me the camera was bent although he must have seen that it was. I went back and told him what I had found and I asked him to cover the cost of my new camera, he then accused me of damaging my own camera inside the phone (what?) and denied responsibility. Then he called security on me and told them that I was threatening him (He really did). I was very disappointed because I expected better customer service from a store at the Galleria so I called the manager of the mall and told him what happened. He was very nice and sympathetic and he assured me that they expect tenants in the mall to offer excellent customer service. He apologized and told me that he was disappointed that the service I received was bad. I don't expect this store to be there very long."
"Overpriced for cheap jobs that will ultimately just ruin your screen's function. Also it's very obvious scrolling through these reviews that the 5 star ones are posted by the company head and unwilling employees and one response the owner literally threatened to report someone to the Better Business Bureau thinking they were the competitor like how unprofessional can you get."
"Took my phone to get the back glass replaced the lady said it would take 45 minutes. I went back an hour later and she told me to wait an extra 30 minutes. I decided to go 45 mins later just in case to give her extra time. It was ready but the back glass was not leveled. I brought it to her attention where she then proceeded to try to fix the issue for about 15 minutes but the back was still raised. She told me that it would be fine and just let the glue settle but after trying to put my phone case back on the back glass broke. I went back to get it replaced or a refund and she declined either option and told me she would do it again but would charge me. She said it was my fault even though she acknowledged there was still an issue when I left with the phone."
