"We've done two separate roof repairs with Rescue Roofer. The first was a nearly whole roof paper replacement on a 30-year-old roof. The gentleman who did the inspection spent his whole career in roofing....he knew his trade. He walked my wife and I through every detail and took dozens of pictures. Once the job was quoted, Rescue Roofer then set up a video conference with their estimator and the inspector. They presented 4 or 5 alternatives....all viable. Then the foreman on the job did a pre-construction meeting at our home to arrange scheduling and other details. This was surprisingly helpful....something we would not have asked for on our own. The roofing crew arrived on time every day. They cleaned the yard each day. Most importantly, the foreman was in constant communication with us so that we were always up-to-date on the timing and other issues. Replacing a roof is not a fun or inexpensive experience, but Rescue Roofer was terrific. Professional, communicative, fair pricing (we checked), integrity, follow-through....high compliments for this company. By the way, 6 months later we needed the same work completed for one of two roof sections underneath our solar panels. That second project was equally smooth. We highly recommend Rescue Roofer."
