"I’ve been dealing with this place for years 25 to be exact. I bought liquid chlorine and liquid acid before I went on vacation when I came back of course I needed to add acid and chlorine in my pool, and the acid was bad look like water, the top had melted. The whole box was soft it looked like it was leaking the whole time. I took it back, knowing that the vendor was at fault not Leslie’s and for some reason the guy at the counter said no we can’t take these back even though it was obvious it was the muriatic acid vendor they use. It’s just a shame that 25 years of going to the same place for everything you’ve used in your pool Two water pumps three filters countless array of other stuff I can go on and on and it’s just amazing the ignorance of management that says we will not take the bad product we sold you back-gallons of muriatic acid. 25 years that all went away today I will be posting every day now that I’m retired. "Staff here are very knowledgeable. If you have questions about Pool Spas swimming pools they can definitely help. They have a large supply of chemicals and other pool related activities. Not very busy and easy to get in and out."

"I ordered from Leslie's online. The order came missing parts. For 3 weeks, I struggled through the 800 number and customer service email to rectify the situation...ZERO PROGRESS! But the young men at Leslie's in Cerritos went out of their way to help me, especially Gus (Gustavo)! He got me my parts the day I went into the store and now I can finally install my cover reel! I think I will forego online and just shop at the store from now on!!!"
