"if i could i would give this company negative stars! -5 points! they have charged me for months with no services provided and never answer the phone calls or return messages! i have been charged about $200 per month for 4 months. It is sad that i have to cancel my card for this company to stop taking my money for no damn service!"
"I got a call today and gave them a locked card to get their merchant information. Now I am going to sue them for violating the TCPA. More people need to do this to get these calls to stop. It's easy. Just file in small claims. Easy $500 also they spoofed their number so that's another violation. See you in court!!"
"I’m Alene Bennett, I took out insurance with this company in 2015. I got it paid up to 2020, they’ve been collecting free premiums and haven’t done any of the work. So I advise that anyone who wants to get insurance with company, think twice because they’re just crooks that don’t honor their contract. I’m still trying to get $3060 that I paid them that they owe me. So don’t get insurance with anyone you can’t talk face to face to. They painted a pretty picture in the beginning but in the end it was all deception. Having a contract means anything because they’re all lying crooks and I had to come out of pocket with everything on my vehicle WITH their insurance. "Be aware after you agreed to the warranty. The customer representative said the booklet will be mailed and arrived after 3-4 days and have 1 month to cancel anytime without charge. However, I received my booklet more than 2 WEEKS after the day I paid my first $100 on the phone which leave me only less than 2 weeks to review and consider the policy. I called and spoke to Chloe to see if there's another package after reviewing the booklet. She was professional at first to get me a lower package until I decided to cancel because I found competitive package from other auto care. Just like earlier review, Chloe turned to be rude and said I gave her a hard time when I decided to cancel. Even I got second booklet with different contract price, the effective date is still the same as the previous one. It's kinda funny that second booklet arrives in 3 days after Chloe helped me. Anyway, Chloe refused to refund my $100 when I decided to cancel because it expired 30 days. I will have enough time if the first booklet is not arrived after 2 weeks OR the effective day of second booklet should be renewed. VERY TRICKY!"
"So i originally agreed to this warranty plan, but after careful consideration and advise from family i decided to cancel. I called in and spoke with Chloe and told her I wanted to cancel the account. She was professional at first telling me to consider my cancellation and she would send me the an email explaining what services I was receiving. I said okay. I looked over the email and in the end decided I still wanted to cancel especially since this should have been sent when I first agreed, but moving on. I called back and advised her that I wanted to cancel. She was extremely pushy and became rude when I was adamant about discontinuing the warranty. She was insulting and highly offended me. Even going as far as to ask me who was paying my bills and if my sister was going to pay for my repairs if something happened to my car. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! Even if I wanted to keep the warranty she definitely turned me off in the end. Once I finally got through to her (No easy task) that I no longer wanted the warranty she became extremely rude and hung up. I called back because I wanted to know if an email would be sent out verifying my cancellation and I got someone named Scott who had an instant attitude and gave me a flat no and told me that my money would just show up. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone just based off of their customer service. I wish I could give them a -100 but a 1 star will have to do."
