"We had a good time playing in the sand. The only negative is I had to pay six bucks to park, but that's expected if you're going to keep the beach up, so no problem there, I get it. It was a nice clean beach with lots of security by the state parks patrolling the lots and area."

"Perfect weather all summer on this iconic state beach. Tamescal canyon to Palisades. Clear water, sandy under the waves and generally easy parking for $9. Great beach for people watching and body surfing."

"I was happy with this beach! There is a wheelchair ramp and you can get pretty close before your wheels get stuck in the sand. Parking is $5 and you can pay with visa or mastercard. Parking is closer to the water than over at Santa Monica beach."

"It’s one of the most beautiful beach in Los Angeles between Santa Monica and Malibu. The parking is always available. Very easy to access people come in for picnic and running. You can come also with your family and have a small barbecue or with your kids for bike. Very safe place"
