They have great customer service and are honestly so well mannered and converse. I would recommend their services over any other repair shop in Ontario."

"Best IT shop I have ever been to. Dropped off my computer with a bios update error, they had it fixed within one day. He was very upfront with me from the beginning, and told me there may be a possibility it may not be fixed, I love honesty. Afterwards, he called me back, only $100 to fix a $700 computer I also brought a broken iPad to them to fix, and instead of fixing it, and overcharging me, he told me upfront, it would be best for me to purchase a new, or used one, and stead of overpaying for a repair ! Now that’s service !"
