"I recently sought the services of uBreakiFix by Asurion in Westminster to repair my laptop trackpad. Initially, the owner's helpfulness suggested a promising start; she promptly provided me with a repair estimate and agreed to email it for my insurance claim. However, my initial optimism quickly diminished due to the subsequent lack of communication. Merely two hours after leaving the store without the promised email, I found it necessary to call back, seeking an update. This first call was particularly disconcerting; I could sense annoyance in the owner’s tone as she reassured me the estimate would be sent within the next 24 hours. Regrettably, this commitment was not met, and my follow-up attempts a week later—this time leaving a message with an employee to convey my urgent need for the estimate—yielded no response. This series of interactions, especially the first call that highlighted a significant gap in customer service, has been deeply disappointing. The inability to fulfill a simple request like emailing an estimate not only reflects poorly on their communication but also questions their reliability and concern for customers' needs. It's frustrating and disheartening to be in a position where all you need is a basic level of service—something as straightforward as sending an estimate for a necessary repair—only to be met with indifference and neglect. I regretfully advise potential customers to consider other options for their repair needs. The lack of follow-through and apparent disregard for customer care I experienced suggests that getting your devices fixed here might be more trouble than it's worth. It’s a shame, as my initial interaction seemed promising, but being ghosted when all I sought was to fix my laptop is unacceptable."

"I went to this location to get my mother’s phone fix and the receptionist lady was extremely rude. It was my first time coming here and I gave her all the details of my issues and she did not seem to care about what I said. She just told me it is my fault I damage my phone(even though I only had this phone for 4 months and took perfect care of it) and tried to overly charge me. I was not pleasant with her behavior so I left and went to another location with a better attitude and willingness to assist me. Reviews on here is talking about how nice this place is but it is not. Fix your behavior with new customers coming in please."

"Camille is an expert and has the best customer service I’ve seen in a very long time. Every experience with her was great: she was always so professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I took my Mac book pro laptop due to a crack in the screen. They replaced the broken screen once the part arrived and within two hours and it looks brand new. Thank you Camille!"

"Camille did an excellent job fixing my phone and was very thorough in testing all parts of the device to ensure they function correctly, even if it did take her longer than she originally quoted. For reference, I have the Z Flip so there's more parts to work around. She is professional and explains everything clearly and concisely regarding the process and the difference in claim types; overall great at communication and managing expectations related to timeframes and contact methods. Highly recommend going to her for your device repair needs."
