"Good luck ever getting ahold of somebody useful. I spent hours trying to give them my business and set something up with them, but they have such inattentive customer service representatives that it is impossible! If you experienced this, you are not alone. Hopefully they form better organization in the future, so that any future prospects don't get dragged around & get their time wasted; like what happened in my case. I imagine their showroom must just be some myth or urban legend, maybe one day we'll find a map that leads us to it. Until then, have a great day, stay safe, and go somewhere else for your pool tile needs."
