"Called for service this morning after being denied by another Plumbing Service regarding a clog in the toilet for our apartment; Andy was very kind and gave me a window of 1-3pm, they even texted to give me an update. They arrived around 2:30pm and Promptly got to work; after "Augering" the toilet for about 30 minutes; the brought in a camera and let me know that there was definitely a toy down the toilet. After trying the auger with the camera, they gave me the news that they would have to remove the toilet; they gave me the price before proceeding. No extra fees or anything....this is the price. Within 15 mins they removed my toilet and extracted said Toy. Replaced the wax ring, cleaned everything and put everything back. Jose even was kind enough to put my bath rugs back .....Long Story short..... EZ Rooter will be my go to for any plumbing needs. Thank you Andy and Jose! I'm glad you guys fixed my issue and I gave you a laugh!!!"
