"My heater from 1987 finally stopped working. It was running but no heat for 3 days in chilly February! So I had 3 different companies give me a free estimate. Stan really impressed me. He was extremely knowledgeable at diagnosing the problem in 5 -10 minutes. He showed me that the controller was broken by using a special device that manually turned on my heater. He even told me the fan was making noise and needed to be replaced. The other two companies weren't as fast nor thorough (they didn't address the fan, one wanted to replace the igniter and valve which were fine, one took over an hour to diagnose, and the other companies couldn't prove to me why the controller was broken).
