"We recently purchased a jacuzzi spa at Gordon and Grant in Santa Barbara. The service was fantastic and the spa is absolutely wonderful! If you want to go to a truly professional organization to purchase your spa...Gordon and Grant is your place."
"G&G has been a household name for years! Amazing customer service and tons of knowledge. We love our spa and wouldn’t go anywhere else!"
"Just bought my 2nd hot tub from Gordon & Grant and couldn’t be happier! Service was excellent and the jacuzzi tub is amazing ❤️"
"Spent the whole day waiting for them to come over to repair my spa. I had an appointment for "sometimes that day" . They don't give a time... Not only did they "No show" me meaning I wasted a day for nothing, but they didn't have the decency to call and tell me they would not be showing up. I hate to tell them this, but their clients time has value also. They claimed it was due to the storms (3 days earlier) but there is no reason they couldn't have had someone call from the comfort of their own homes sometimes during those three days to let clients know they were going to no show,"
"Joe insisted that my old one spa cover shrunk and that the new one (2 1/2” too big) fit just fine. Online research said vinyl can shrink up to 1/2”, not 2 1/2”. He wants me to spend thousands to repair damages they caused to a $5k 15-year-old hot tub and refuses to return the original parts. My first inquiry was in July 2021, so I have spent OVER A YEAR trying to get this repair done. Non-responsive, unethical, aggressive and accusatory on the phone. Customer service at its worst! Just go to Costco for your spa. Same manufacturers!"
