"The Anderson's aqua classes are a great workout and allow each person to adjust to their needs and fitness level. The therapy pool's warm water is so wonderful. Each class is different with mix of cardio and toning as well as several specially classes are offered. The classes are also very inviting, encouraging, and fun.
