"I have a couple of pocket knives that need sharpening. I called to ask about the service and the gentleman on the phone said it would take 30 minutes. I rush over there, arrive at 5:15pm and get refused service because I was too late. The office closes at 6pm, and i intended to show up with enough time as to not impeed their hours of service. Very unprofessional. He could've told me not to show up over the phone when I told him I would rush over to him. Now, i missed the chance of going elsewhere. I heard he does good work, but his unprofessionalism lost him what could've been a very loyal customer."
