"Nick came to my house and was very patient in explaining how the Halo 5 system works. He asked a lot of questions about what I’m looking for and what is important to me. He tested my water and explained that a water softener isn’t needed. I use my fridge’s filtration system for drinking water so the Halo 5 system isn’t needed. "Amazing customer service and Junior, the technician they sent out same day, was thorough and explained everything to me. Junior was professional and knowledgeable. My water wasn't getting super hot and I called someone else to take a look and he recommended I buy a new water heater. I felt he didn't do any troubleshooting and quoted me an outrageous price.
