"Still grateful for this place. all 3 General managers over the years were different but all great-particularly E and most people who work here and shop here are very friendly. They do donations to people who could use art supplies and sometimes have fun window murals. There’s a reason why this place is one of the last art stores standing…. Parking is easier towards Franklin."

"I love this store(at other locations) this is the first time I come to this location but it will be the last. It seems to be the manager training a new worker. The one in training was so nice, yet the other lady was SO RUDE. It was a bad experience. It is so sad because I love this store. Stating her, my name is SO COMMON that it will be RIDICULOUS to find my name on their system. Such a bad customer service."
"I went for art materials for my daughter. This was a store on van ness. The store has a large variety of art material for a small store I think it has a great selection. I picked up a bunch of paper to do water coloring during the rainy season. The staff was super helpful and friendly."
