Pro tip: dont overload your mixer, it will break a gear. Vladimir and the A & E crew came through in spades. Had it diagnosed and repaired within a week, and reasonable price too. I highly recommend going here if you have a similar issue with your kitchenaid stand mixer. Also, they're looking to expand some repair services, so give them a call, they might be able to fix your expensive equipment."
