"The technician was timely and professional. however the charges for the coolant and the time he was here was 2 to 3 times what we are usually accustomed to paying for this kind of service. over $2,000 for 2 hours of time and about 7 pounds of coolant with sealant. if US Air thinks it is more profitable to overcharge a new customer and never get asked back again, rather than charging reasonably and gaining a long-term customer. they have succeeded."
