Not only did he fix the original problem we were having, he also flushed out the water heater; something we THOUGHT another plumber had done a few weeks ago! He tested our 20+ year old regulator and saw that it was not within the safe parameters, so he replaced it quickly and efficiently. I looked at 3 other vendors and Payless was the only one that could be here on the weekend. The appointment was for 9 am but they had to cancel and rebook for 2 pm due to an employee calling in sick. David H. was at my house by 2 pm. He was very patient and was able to answer all of our many questions. He’s very knowledgeable and gave us all the various options. We decided to go with the tankless option and he was very thorough with explaining all the details of the installation process including all the gotchas. "Really impressed with our new water heater installation that was done by Juan. It was a relocation job and he handled it like a champ! He worked late every day and left our place nice and clean both days. He was extra careful with remembering to wear his booties indoors as we don't wear shoes in the house. Everything looks professional, he even shortened the pipes where the old water heater was located. He took the old clunker out and now we have more storage space.
