"When all you see are 5 star reviews, you best pay attention. I can only echo the wonderful things said about Video One Repair. My Sony A7R3 had the worst kind of problem possible - an intermittent one! They studied it and had me send in my lens to pair with it and were unable to find any malfunctions. Rather than try a trial and error approach to it, they suggested I monitor it for any repeated patterns to the problem. They did not charge me any diagnosis fee and they even shipped it back to me at NO COST! Who does that?? "WOW!!!! The best customer service I've ever received. I called Video One Repair last minute on a Saturday morning when my Sony FS5 MII was having issues. I needed the camera ASAP and was worried I'd have to rent a replacement. Video One Repair assured me not to worry, to bring the camera in, and they would give me an assessment that day. The hour-and-a-half drive was worth it; not only did they diagnose the issue, but they had me back up and running the same day.
