"First let me say, their customer service is outstanding! They are professional, thorough, efficient, and patient! I called them to come and set up my 65" TV and sound-bar. After setting it all up, they were nice enough to give me a "mini clinic" and helped me navigate through settings, etc. (that's where the patience came in) Then I mentioned I was having problems with my computer. They took the time to take a look at it. He assessed it and clearly explained what the problem was. I asked for a quote, he gave me one, and he said to let him know. I felt no pressure to make a quick decision. I decided to have it repaired. The turn around time was great. I'm so happy with my decision to repair my computer as opposed to buying a new one!
