"Went in to place a down payment, and was not able to do so. Due to the machine not being able to run my debit /credit as just a credit. Also, I was going to pay all upfront then choose not to since the work hasn't been even been started yet. Cesar the manager makes a joke about we take cash. Like I carry around 3000.00 and so I finally returned to pay and the manager stated we don't take down payments. Okay... so I am supposed to pay for the equipment and the work when nothing has been done yet??? What a joke! However the gentleman that came to inspect our pool was fantastic he was very professional and respectful and informative."
