"Dealing with this establishment was like an episode of Monty Python. I went in about eight times in two weeks and when I’d walk in and ask if they had a chance to get started on my taxes, every time they’d say, “So sorry, I’ll do them this evening. If I don’t call you tomorrow please call me”. I’d call the next day and no one would be there, and they definitely never returned my phone calls. I was very polite and cordial in all my dealings with this establishment. The first rule of customer service is that you should always under promise and over deliver. Ultimately I would have rather they had told me that they couldn’t do my taxes instead of lying to me and telling me every time I called or went in that they would do them that evening. I needed my returns for something very important. I wound up just doing the taxes myself, which only took me an hour and half. I must have wasted at least four hours sitting in the chairs in their office, calling, and emailing. I would strongly recommend against using this office due to their poor, misleading and inaccurate communication with customers."

"Went in early in the season and the guy never filed my takes even after 4 appointments now it’s April and they won’t even return my calls as it’s been almost a week. Very disappointed in this business and would recommend you go elsewhere for your taxes. They crapped me out of all my money so now I get no refund. I’d give zero stars if I could"

"This is the first review I think I have felt I had to write on google. I had an appointment at this location, the very first time I have ever gone to a 3rd party tax prep service. The lady that helped me was short and rude, talking over me at every step. Every question I had she got more impatient and condescending. They didn't even bother bringing me into a room, but were talking to me about my taxes and personal info right in the reception area with people coming in. One guy started to walk in and they all shouted at him to "come back in 5 minutes". At one point I heard someone come in and start innapropriately talking with the receptionist about another customer (I assume he was the manager). I had questions about a special tax situation I had, which is the only reason I went to them. The lady got up and started walking away saying to come back when I had more info. She started arguing with me and I just walked out. The lady had the nerve to follow me out the door, shouting at me. Most awful customer service I have ever had."

"Great professional service. The experience is always quick and interesting. The tax expert is extremely skilled. She pays attention to detail, remembers everything I've told her, and works to render a perfect product each time. I feel fortunate to work with her."
