"Fantastic service - Willy is one of the last few people who service Nakamichi cassette decks correctly! I was well informed as to how repairs were going, and received a print out of my decks performance upon it's return, which exceeded factory specifications! I usually repair my own audio equipment, but given the specialty tools required to align Nakamichi cassette deck heads, I opted for Willy's services based on his reputation in the audio community, and he did not disappoint in the slightest - my deck sounds and performs good as new. The only drawback is the waiting list (12 months for me), so you have to be patient - it's well worth the wait."
