"Our experience was really good. Not sure I understand all the negative feedback. We brought our broken iPhone 14 max here, was greeted by a nice lady (Amanda?) who explained all the options and pricing which js very competitive, $300 cheaper than Apple retail store. They order the part upon deposit and Musa? repaired in 2 hours… the phone looks brand new."

"RUN AWAY from this store, they provide very low quality replacement parts! I recently replaced my Pixel screen at this store. However, the replaced screen started to have ghost touch issue just after ONE night. I tried to ask them if they can 1) provide the brand or the item receipt of the new screen I bought because they told me it is brand original screen(OEM) at the beginning OR 2) help to fix the issue which happened within just one night. I think it is pretty reasonable ask, they just rejected both! It is really frustrated to handle this kind of thing. I would strongly suggest to run away from this store, it could be easier to find an branch authorized repair store instead of handling the terrible service and parts here"

"Moussa (and Ali) are amazing folks! The back glass of my phone was destroyed from a drop and they helped me replace it at a fraction of the cost to the Apple store. In the process of the replacement, the shards of glass unfortunately damaged some parts of the phone causing it to reboot. without skipping a beat, they offered to make sure the phone was repaired correctly. While the repair took a while, I appreciate how thorough they were with it and their integrity."
