"Don't go with this company if you can avoid it. They tried to stop me from taking my own investment capital out of my own account giving me all kinds of reasons why they can't help me. The story is a lot more complex but I'm going to report GREED where I sense it. Greed exists here especially with the head boss district manager. He appears to be a friendly nice guy but when it comes down to what I want to do with my investments, they try to stop me over and over and over again. I will never ever trust Fidelity ever."

"Don’t work with Adam Baldridge not only will he flake on his appointments but he also will not tell you a transfer did not go through and then proceed to not do anything about an extra fee you will be charged including leaving you hanging and hanging up with you on the phone when you find out about all this. He is the worst fidelity employee that I have ever had to deal with/work with. Do not go to this place or work with this person."

"If you want garbage service, please look no further than Adam Baldridge at Fidelity. He will be condescending and unhelpful, fail to call you when things don’t happen, and then act like it’s no big deal when you lose money, and then even hang up on you when you finally hear from him."

"I am astonished at how bad their customer service is. Both their national support line as well as trying to speak with someone in the local branch. It took them over 20 minutes to figure out how to make a deposit without the "app". After that horrible experience, I decided I would direct my questions to the local branch. After repeatedly going through the phone tree of hell, I am on hold going on 30 minutes just to speak with a local representative. Run, far and fast away! You can tell something took place here with management, as the reviews have plummeted over the years."
