When it doesn't fix your problem they will sell you another item that will and when that doesn't work... they will continue this method of business. If your looking for an honest opinion on your pool look elsewhere. I am very disappointed that this form of business is their preferred method. I work hard for my money and expect they would too. I have since became self sufficient via You-tube and now purchase all my needs from Walmart or on-line. Shame on you old lady and old man for that matter."
