"I had a great experience working with Mercedes from the Vacaville Hot Tub store. I walked in there and she was very attentive to what I was looking for as she toured me through the different models. Our previous spa was purchased 15 years earlier from a vendor that later went out of business, so it was important to me to buy from a reputable dealer. Mercedes let me know about the Hot Tub Store's fifty-year history and assured me they would be there for me if we ever needed support. After thinking about it for a day, I called Mercedes and told her I was ready to purchase. We handled the rest over email/text. Within two hours of my call, we had completed all of the paperwork. My spa was in stock and was delivered a couple of weeks later; the delivery guys taking great care to remove the old hot tub and drop off the new one. As the new one has a salt water chlorine generator, Mercedes asked me to come back to the store with a sample of my tap water. From there, she walked me through the chemical "cocktail" needed to ensure adequate levels. All was super easy and I appreciated Mercedes attention to detail. So far, so good.
