"Brought my pc in on Dec 16th to have a simple bios update and some rewiring done. Paid the diagnosis fee even though I knew what the problem was and communicated it to their team(new build pc). I received an email on the 18th confirming the charge and what scope of work was to be done(confirmed what I told them was the problem). I called them to confirm the work and charges are accepted. I was told the repair would be completed by Monday or Tuesday by the latest. I followed up Tuesday and they had not even started… they said that they did not get confirmation to complete the work even though I called and spoke with someone at the location the day I was sent the first response. I was assured it would be top of the priority list and completed the following day. The following day came and passed and was still not completed. Fast forward to Thursday the 21st at 4:33PM I get an email confirming the repair was completed and I can pick up my PC. After finally getting to pick up my pc I just got home and realized they did not return my power cable… I got my pc home and can’t use it… now will have to go back again to collect my power cable. The team there needs to work on communication within the store and need to work on setting proper expectations with their clients."

"I own an OLD Apple iMac with OLD software (OS X 10.6.8) that I use because I have a lot of OLD software - that STILL works fine! So when the display started looking funky, I thought the graphics card was going bad. iGeek replaced the card, and when it was determined that I needed a new screen as well, they worked VERY hard to get a good screen for my old desktop!
