"They started work on my neighbor's pool at 6:00 am! How rude. Some people don't get up that early. If I ever have a pool put in I will make sure this company is not used. Fresno County ordinances indicate they're not supposed to start before 7:00am. It's the same for Fresno City ordinances."

"They create noise with 3 trucks in a residential neighborhood at 5.30 am . Not complying with the city ordinance."
"God help you if your neighbors hire these people. You'll get up at 5:30 every morning as they wake up the whole neighborhood with their hammering, generators, loud trucks, and noisy workers. In our town, the law says they can't start until 7am, 9 on the weekend. My community group has starting calling the cops, getting them cited. I suggest you do the same. Look up your city's administrative laws about noise and construction, then call it in. If you make their criminality expensive, they might start to follow the law."
