They gave me a good time window when to expect them and a 30 minute heads up before they actually arrived. The two man crew arrived at 9:00am and stayed till the job was done....8:00p.m. at night. It was during a cold spell and they said they were not leaving till the job was done right in order to get us heat that night. I even bought the service/member package in order to keep my system in tip/top shape. Totally recommend Hamel's."
