"I've been dealing with commercial gas for nearly forty six years.This is the only company that you, and I will ever need for repairs. Don't waste your time trying to find someone else for they will only give you a headache .And won't know what they are doing.Do it right the first time and call Commercial Gas. Co. Because if you don't call them the first time, you may end up calling them the second time to fix the problems that the other company may have caused or cannot fix. Andrew the repairman, was very knowledgeable and Professional. What I admired about Andrew was the love that he had for his work, and for his Company. He went above and beyond and bent backwards to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the service call prior to him leaving. He said they treat him well. Therefore, he returns the favor by putting his heart and soul into his work. I wish other employees from other companies would have the same mentality. What I also admired about Andrew was the fact that he was, and is a genuine person. You can tell by his mannerisms, body language, and what he was conveying to me the customer. I also noticed that he was not trying to up sale me much like a mechanic would. Like you need this, and you need that etc. He's a true gem and a asset to Commercial Gas Co. "They sent a new trainee guy that didn’t even know how to test a plug for voltage and made me lose a month of business and made replace my oven motor for no reason and then he was supposed to fix the the oven leg and he said he secured on the invoice but is still broken see the pics, sure they sent another guy after that just to tell me that they acan’t do anything about the leg but by then I already lost a month if business and is still not done yet because the motor that first guy Andrew made me replace it was done by electric motor specialist but they put the wire backwards and now the motor spins backwards and still don’t have a functioning oven if u ever use them ask for Mike he came back and was very details and gave the right answer and didn’t wasted my time, of course they want me to pay them for their time and work even thou they lost me money and I still don’t have ovens and all because they lack of skill"
