"I’m going to rate my experience with these people not based on their work, but by seeing one of their drivers on the freeway, driving like a psychopath, tailgating people cutting people off weaving in and out of traffic. I drive fast car and it was difficult for me to keep up with this pick up truck guy who might have his license plate Driving like a madman on 880 I will never use these people watching the drivers drive the way they do harming other people on the road"

"Don't waste your money here! For a company this big, I was surprised that they didn't take payment online and only took face-to-face payment. After dishing out $129 for the diagnostic for them to come out, they quoted me an extreme amount for a fix that also required me to wait for the parts to be ordered. After some research, I got a different company to come out and diagnose my house. They diagnosed it at only a fourth of cost what Brower Mechanical quoted me. They were able to fix it the same day and I was able to get my invoice via online and paid it conveniently. Even having wasted $129, I still paid less than a third of what it would have cost me if I stuck with Brower Mechanical."

"Hired Brower to remove an old system and install a new one. The project had its fair share of issues encountered along the way, making this far from a simple and quick project. The process could have been much more stressful than it was. Despite setbacks, I was glad to have hired Brower for this monstrosity. Issues were tackled and fixed professionally. I knew at the end of the day, they'd get the project done and to my satisfaction. And they did. The entire Brower team, as well as their subcontractors, performed extremely high quality work. Corners were never cut, and change orders were handled without question [besides spec clarification] and integrated exactly to my expectations.
