"Highly unprofessional. They visited my property and gave me an initial pool installation quote but told me I needed a 6K soil sample analysis prior to the final estimate. I asked if the soil sample was absolutely necessary, and they said yes, so I naively did as they asked. I sent them the results of the soil analysis, and they did not get back to me. I reached out every few weeks, and I was told repeatedly that they were working on it. But since I had spent 6K already, I was persistent. 15 months later. Yes, 15 months later, I got the final estimate which, surprise, was now more than double the initial estimate. Inflation aside, that's a bait and switch move. Terrible communication. Deceptive. Unprofessional. Do not use this company"
