"Nothing but lies. Took a water damaged phone in. They didn’t even open it. They had it for two days, told me that he had it open and was drying it. The next day talked to a female that said she was opening it and it was soaking wet, but almost dry!"

"I had the worst experience with this phone repair shop both device I brought were well over 300 dollars and a lot different then the prices that are clearly indicated on their website. I called and spoke with the gentlemen who repaired my devices that there was a crack to the corner of the right side of the iPhone but my daughter didn’t drop it on hard floor it was on a shag rug that is 8ft fluffy I’ve dropped many devices on this same rug no crack. He was fine with blaming me and stating their warranty won’t do anything about it. I let it go I ordered a screen protector and never received it another 30 they pocketed. Then about 3 days later the same thing happened to my son’s iPad i. The same corner it’s not like a crack it’s almost as if the glass is lifting off the device like when they were installing it wasn’t done properly . I went to Apple and got their opinion and they agreed placement wasn’t done properly and they are not genuine glass just some off market glass. Save your money and just go to another repair shop or repair with the actual manufacturers. I don’t write reviews but this place is the worst establishment I have dealt with."
"Genie was super helpful. She was able to get my old iPhone 11 which had water damage backed up and helped transfer the data to get my new iPhone 14 pro max set up. Her repair service was super quick and she was very polite. Highly recommend anyone to come here for their electronic repair needs. Ask for Genie !"
