Shortly after the screen replacement I noticed a screen defect (due to the manufacturer) no fault by their end. Peter quickly resolved the issue. "My iPhone 8 plus got water damaged in the recent big rain. After drying it out, it would turn on but then power cycle. I called a competitor down the street, since I'd used them before and I think they do a great job, but the guy told me on the phone that I'm better off buying a new phone. You know, the one that costs close to a grand! I noticed on google maps that Big Time was just down the street. I called them up and was told the issue is probably a motherboard which he could absolutely take care of. He quoted me a price and gave an estimate on the time required so I headed down there. When he saw that it does turn on and work for 30 secs or so before power cycling, he swapped out the battery and watched it for a while and determined that it was a damaged battery causing the issue. I'm impressed at the quick and accurate diagnosis and repair. I will definitely be calling them first the next time."

"Absolute rip-off. Lied about the phone screen replacement for my pixel 6 pro being oem and put a $200 cheap lcd display on my phone. When I called him on it, he tried to claim that it's not even possible to get anything besides OEM screens for Android phones, which is just absurd. Also broke the fingerprint reader and then tried to charge me $150 more to fix it. Then he proceeded to tell me that anywhere else would have charged me $500 to have a fingerprint reader. My phone was fully functional before I brought it here, it just had a cracked screen. Now it's got a downgraded washed-out screen, it's very laggy, and it no longer has a fingerprint reader. Update: a dead pixel just popped up on it too"

"The people that work here are so nice it's unbelievable! Usually when you go into a repair shop or a place where they are supposed Customer oriented everyone nowadays especially younger people are very rude and entitled And don't even act like they want to be at work. Every time I go to this place they are Extremely attentive and Is helpful and they act like they really enjoy Their job. Plus they do a really good job and I trust them so much and I will never go to another place again. I hope they never closed their doors. Best Place ever!"
