"STAY AWAY!!! This is a shady sales company not an HVAC company. I requested a technician come out because our condensation line was leaking. The technician initally implied the $199 service plan was included in the total cost of fixing the leak. I did not realize until I saw the two separate charges that the service plan was a separate optional add on. Even though I felt purposely deceived, I did not complain. The same technician came out to perform the first service. He ended up saying I needed a 1/3 system replacement and he could not complete the scheduled service. I had to leave and I asked him to please send me the quote. Our system is only 6 years old so I was very skeptical and wanted to review it with my husband. About that time his manager showed up at my home unannounced to review the quote with me. I, again, said I had to go please email me quote. I advised I would be getting a second opinion bc I doubt a newer system would need a 1/3 replacement that cost thousands of dollars. I never received the quote or heard from this technician or his manager again despite my follow up. The whole situation from the accidental sign up to the first attempt at a service was extremely suspicious and off. I'm not sure if it was this particular "salesman" or the way the business is ran but I want no part of it. I should not get a used car salesman vibe when getting my AC worked on. I did not receive a response regarding my request for a refund. I would rather be out $199 than have these shady guys in my house again."

"I highly recommend this company. Anthony handled my furnace tune-up and cleaning. He also went over details of things that were substandard on my 28-year-old furnace. He was not pushy at all and explained recommendations. He also expertly answered other questions I had about other things like vents and an air purification system, and provided quotes on these items for down the road."
