"I really like this gym. They have TRX and Crossfit classes available. I wish they would add a spin class but we shall see. I think CG members can get verified as Crossfit trainers as well. The cardio room is ok but there are about 4 or 5 rows of cardio equip. The weight room is big with lots of equipment but only one deadlift platform."
"Great gym. I've been coming here for 25 years. Ever since the old Department of the Treasury days. Yoga classes, Nautilus, Weight Room and more. You will need your DOD or Federal ID to gain entrance."
