"Recently lost my phone. Worse than that, I realized I lost some very sentimental photos. (I thought I was doing back up, but apparently it didn't quite work) A N Y W A Y, I made an appointment with the Geek Squad, which was easy enough. Showed up the next day and talked with James. He was nice enough to listen to my sobs about my phone and checked my phone out to help. Although we weren't able to get some of the photos back, he explained things to me and was so nice and attentive. Quite frankly, it was more of a therapy session than anything because I just had to let somebody know about all my grief and the fact that I didn't have a phone for over 4 days. (That's a whole other long story, but I won't go into it now) My main point is that James was awesome. He was knowledgeable. He was super sweet. Listened to me, put up with me, and I left happy, and I am greatly satisfied with the customer service I received. Did I mention that this session was completely free? Yes, freeeee!! James had explained that if he had to do any kind of probing into my phone, there might be a charge, but it didn't come to that. I highly recommend the Geek Squad, no doubt about it!"

"I know staffing can be difficult especially in areas like Arden but these employees seem incompetent as well as unhappy to be here. Curtis for example gets stressed out when he sees lines build up. He will even send you to the wrong department just to alleviate his work load. Curtis from geek squad is an example of what not to be when you show up to work."
