"First I called for a quote and spoke with Shannon who was very professional and helpful answering all my questions and taking time to give me the information I needed. I requested a technician to show up at my home and to give me a quote on some work hoping that I could get an appointment quickly. Shannon assured me that she would expedite my request and sure enough Bert, an expert technician showed up at my home within 90 minutes of my call. Bert was very polite and kind while inspecting my tankless water heater and made some very helpful suggestions for improvements along with a quote for replacement. He stayed for a while after he had finished the quote as we discussed other options.
