"I dropped my air purifier on 7/24/2023 and they told me they had to order the part and repair in 15 days. But I never receive any update. So I called to the customer service or started to chat(live support). They always promised me to send follow up within 24-48hrs after investigation. But I never receive any follow up . I am still waiting about 3 months. After sending email, I got a text that Service Center possess my product. But no more updates until 11/15. Dyson sent me the air purifier but it was not repaired since there is no parts. I hope Dyson provides parts and hope to repair sometime later."
"Worst customer service ever, I don’t understand how such expensive electronic brand could hire people who don’t understand the meaning of customer service. It’s unfortunate that there’s not a lot of service center around the area. Upon walking in, there is nobody greeting you. And the person who worked there today 1/31/24 took 30min to attend one customer. Management should do something about their employee. Whoever worked today I believe he hates his job. Brought in my Dyson hair blower that was not working from them to checked and diagnose what was wrong. Apparently he said that all parts are back ordered, I wonder if he even took or dissemble the hair dryer. Him without knowing what was wrong with it, he went ahead and said and claim that all parts were no in stock. Don’t waste your time going there. I hope they do something about their customer service."
"45min wait to pick up serviced item. Only 1 person helping people... and after the wait they only take card payments. I had to walk away because they were already closed and couldn't come back. Management needs to seriously do they're job!*** update**** went the following day 1hr and 30min before they close. The guy helping doesn't bother asking whether you're there for pickup or drop off. Which 9/10 people are there for drop off. AGAIN 30min wait and I had to interrupt him because customer service is non existent in this place. And he very rudly said I know you were here yesterday and your gonna have to wait. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT COME HERE EVER!!!!!!!!!"
"Do not waste your time. Absolutely shameful and unethical practices by Dyson and the employees here. INCOMPETENT, SCAM!! My Dyson vacuum was with them for 4 weeks and they did nothing. I finally went in person to see what was going on because there was ZERO communication about the status, only to find out that they "just ordered the part i needed yesterday". They told me the only way to fix my vacuum was to purchase a new motor head and filter for a cool $220. To make it worse, the guy could not give me a timeline on when the parts would arrive and when it would be ready. Days, weeks, months? The answer: "we can't say". Now how the eff does that make sense? I made the right decision of taking my vacuum back unfixed because I don't trust this kind of business practice. I went to a local vacuum repair/retail shop and they were able to fix it in 3 days. I did NOT need a new motor. Just a cleaning, and new filter. The cherry on top at this location is the wait. If you come in expect to spend HOURS in their lobby. You will waste your entire day waiting on the workers to get to you. They will disappear in their little work room for half an hour only to come back out with a ticket to tell me to come back when my product is ready????? Why did it take you 30 minutes? Waste of time. Please don't support a business like this. They will upsell you and waste your time."
"This location was a distance from my home. That said the staff were very helpful and pleasant. You have to check in my using a QR code which helps the customer answer the required information. I quickly received the Digital repair ID # which the staff person asked for. Nelson fixed the issue with my vacuum canister within 2 minutes, he also shared maintenance tips for the motor. Manny was the other staff person there, he also made sure that all my questions about my Dyson product was answered. I’d definitely recommend this location because of the awesome staff!"
