"Tech John from A-1 Air Conditioning & Heating arrived early in the am (which I was happy about) to check out my A/C unit. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He checked inside the house first, and I had to open the bedroom door and out came my dogs. I had put them in the bedroom so they would not be in John's way. It turned out John is some kind of a dog whisperer as both dogs were very taken with him. Really appreciated that John was ok with the dogs out of the bedroom. Tech did a thorough job. I signed up for the Legacy membership plan to get twice yearly checks. It is not expensive and definitely worth knowing the condition of your unit. When the times arrives, I will get my new unit through A-1 Air Conditioning & Heating"
