He followed through with a tedious repair of my heating unit with the most friendly and experienced approach I’ve ever seen in a maintenance & repair visit from any vendor I have experienced. His visit was scheduled for the heating unit alone and in small talk I told him about my fireplace issues as well. And guess what, he fixed the fireplace too on the spot which was completely above and beyond customer service. I’m blown away by the great experience. 5 stars without a doubt."

They squeezed into their busy schedule. Had to add freon to system Chris went out to get it and came to finish the job.
