"My water heater was leaking water at the bottom and some of it even got to the room next to the water heater unit. I called Water Heater Solutions from a pamphlet my aunt got in the mail. Drew answered and he kindly gave me information on the pros/cons of the different water heater types including tank with heat pump and tankless. I told Drew about my water heater leaking problem and in a very timely manner, Drew was able to come out to see my water heater and was able to turn off the water supply to my water heater so it would stop leaking and also was able to drain out my water heater (as you can see in the picture, he was able to think of different solutions to help drain the water out of the heater, as it was challenging with all the sediment clogging the line). I appreciated Drew's professional demeanor with me throughout the whole process in this stressful time and he was very friendly and informative on all my different options to replacing my old water heater.
