"I could not print from our Apple laptop to our new Epson 3850 printer. I found Kevin's by searching "in-home" computer repair. Greg, our in-home technician called over an hour before our appointment to let me know he would be late. He gave me his ETA and arrived 10min earlier. Greg was clean, courteous and professional. He was able to diagnose & fix the problem in five minutes. (Epson software had downloaded five drivers, our laptop didn't recognize the default driver & Greg knew the correct one). Given how he finished so quickly, Greg corrected a malware issue, showed me how to scan and print too. I will use Kevin's again. Very happy with our service visit. Regards, DAve"
