"I was referred to Kevin at cycle prep by somebody I knew. Didn’t want to bring to the dealer because I had a very expensive experience for a very simple problem. Also tried another small business and it was fine except I didn’t get any details during its stay and ended up costing more than quoted when I brought it there the second time and I got no consult in the price increase just a surprise when come time to pick it up. Brought my dirt bike to Kevin and not only got detailed status upon arrival as well as detailed estimate but he is very knowledgeable and was able to stick to his original estimate because of that knowledge. He called me to ask if I wanted new brake shoes and spark plug while the project was open and got my permission before installing. He educated me on exactly what he was doing, and when I picked up my bike not only did it run better than ever but also looked better than I had seen it ever. I am very satisfied I found this place to bring my bike so that I can know where to go to take great care of it and trust that i am taking to a real professional that takes pride in the work he does.
