"Terry is an expert and very cooperative. If you have a problem with your TV do not go to the company even if you have guarantee. I assume they are not have the experience that Terry has. I bought my Samsung 75 TV from Best buy 3 years ago in (2020). The TV stoped work 2 weeks ago (2023). I called Best Buy to fix the TV. They give me an appointment after a week and told me someone (expert) will come to see what the problem and they charged me 125$ not including the fixing. After they came, they told me the mother board burned and it will cost a lot of money and they offered to us take the TV for recycling for free !! We preferred to keep the TV and call Terry. I called him on Friday, he gave me appointment on Monday to pick up the TV for 25$ including return it. Unfortunately, I did not see his call until he left, they we rescheduled for Tuesday. He was very nice and flexible. When he came he carried the TV with my husband to his car (god pleased him) then he called me and told the fixing cost 280$ and I agreed. He turned back on Saturday, and helped my husband to put it back."

"I had a problem with the sound on my Hisense TV. The manufacture refused to honor their warranty. I took it to Terry. He worked extremely hard to solve, but could not because it was a manufacture's error. I appreciate very much his efforts on my behalf. I highly recommend him."

"A few months ago our Samsung TV unexpectedly went dead and we couldn't detail the problem despite reaching out to multiple outlets for help. So, we finally decided to call in a repair service ( which is family-owned for 40 years) and it's one of the best decisions we've made! Terry was very courteous, polite, and funny! We were given a very reasonable price and Terry was able to fix our TV promptly. On the day of delivery we ran into a few setbacks setting up our TV, yet Terry was there to kindly help alleviate any of those problems. He expertly explained to us what the problem was, how to prevent it, and covered any other concerns. "Terry is an honest and fair person. He's also communicative, accommodating and straightforward. His diagnostic fee ($20) is very reasonable as opposed to other businesses that charge $60 and upward. At first I was hesitant to let him examine my TV because I've never had to get one repaired before, but I felt very safe letting him deal with it after learning that his private business has been practicing for at least 37 years. I would certainly turn to Terry again for help if I ever run into TV/monitor issues and would highly recommend him to anyone."
