"It took this business over 2 weeks from the time they took my deposit to the installation of the garage motor when they originally stated it would be installed the following day or the day after at the latest. The supervisor often times would dodge my call and only answer if I called the main line to have them call me back. They were supposed to come out on at least 3 separate occasions and didn't even show up and their reasoning was since I have a commercial sized RV door, they needed two men for the job to install the jackshaft motor they kept raving about. The technician Ben ironically told me during the initial estimate that the price I was given included the removal of the old motor and any electrical work required for the motor to run. They also offered a promotional price if I decided to go with them on the spot. After chasing down the manager, Daniel, and speaking with him almost a dozen times over the phone when he would actually take my call, he kept making up excuses about why they couldn't install it yet. Sometimes it was because the installers are busy, or the installer is sick. Apparently they use a third party installer. Daniel made several verbal appointments in which the installers failed to show up. I will admit he was fair and wanted to simply return my deposit to me as the law would not allow for him to hold on to it for long, but I was more interested in the installation of the motor rather than to receive a refund as they were the cheapest company I had found, but you get what you pay for! Daniel finally decided to come out himself to install the motor. He was supposed to arrive on a Monday to which he didn't show up and claimed he would be out the following morning even after I repeatedly told him I would not be home due to my wife going into labor and I had taken that day off of work specifically so that I could meet with him. He ignored my request and still stuck with the following day and said he would show at 9:30am. Of course he did not show up and claimed he was getting parts from the manufacturer (although he stated a week ago over the phone they already had the motor) and would be there at 11:30am instead. No show! He finally arrived @1:30pm, and installed the motor. If you ask me the wiring work is a bit messy and could have been routed more efficiently. He then called me asking for immediate payment and stated that the electrical work is not included in the price, nor is the removal of the old motor (additional $350). I paid him and thankfully everything continues to function fine although he used an extension cord for the motor rather than install an actual outlet! I DO NOT recommend this business as they seem to struggle with keeping appointments and honoring their word! I posted two stars because they did offer to refund my deposit and eventually installed the new motor."

"My garage door got caught coming down on a Jeep truck. Needless to say it crunched the top panel of my garage door and the door wouldn’t close completely. I called Chief Garage Door Repair at 7pm on a Saturday and got a voicemail. I hung up and was ready to call another company when dispatch called me right back. She put me in touch with David who reassured me he would have someone out first thing the next morning which was Sunday. Sunday morning Sean showed up and assured me that he could fix it and make it look like there was no damage to begin with. Sean was kind and courteous and very professional. He kept reassuring me that he would fix it but there may be just a little dent that he wouldn’t be able to fix. He fixed the bar, the spring and the cables. He was able to make it so there is very minimal damage still showing and saved me from having to get a new top panel!! I can not be more pleased and satisfied with the repair work!! It took no time at all. Thank you so much Sean and David for rescuing my weekend!!"

David was our tech and he came with all the right parts to fix our opener. he was friendly and knowledgeable about every question we had. Reasonable prices and great and fast service!
