"I called Romeo from Tech Doc because my wine cooler had stopped cooling. He came to my home and discovered that the Freon was very low. So while he was fixing the problem, he told me exactly what he was doing and was very thorough in explaining every detail to me. Two days later he called me and asked how the wine cooler was working and I told him it was registering 58 degrees which was higher than I usually kept it. He said he would come back to my home to check it the next day, but I noticed that the temperature was 51 degrees the day he was coming back so I texted him that I didn’t think he needed to come back. I am very pleased with this young man’s professionalism and will definitely use his services again in the future."
