"My POS Samsung refrigerator has broken for the 4th time in 6 years. This time the compressor failed. The estimated cost that I received from Samsung was $140 service call and $160 to replace the compressor. The compressor part was covered under warranty. I was ok with this cost. I received a call from the service tech the afternoon of my service appointment and he told me it will now cost $1350 in labor to replace the failed compressor. I asked him why and he said it was the cost of the Freon and additional parts needed to replace the compressor. Unfortunately for the service quick I’m in the refrigeration industry. I have been talking to attorney that will take on a class action lawsuit against Service Quick for everyone that they ripped off."

"Horrible. If Samsung assigns them to fix your appliance, be very prepared to wait for over a month for anyone to ever fix it. They don’t call and don’t show up. They cancel your ticket for no reason they are the worst. Whoever owns/runs this company should be ashamed."

"Always at their own convenience when scheduling appointments, never an exact time to set it up, why can’t they have them set up at least a day before! Poor time management, customers have to work too!"

"I had a problem with my washing machine and had to go through them as they're the approved vendor for Samsung. The technician called in the morning around 8.45am to setup an appointment and gave me a time between 11.00 am -1.00 pm window. However, he called again at 9.50 saying he is on his way. I told him that i'm out and could he come during the scheduled hours. He was rude and he said if he can't come, he has to reschedule it and just hanged the phone down. Such a poor customer service...I wonder how these ppl are employed and how a company like Samsung has contract with this company. This is not my first time, this happened with same company previously as well."
